Terms and Conditions of 9fum — Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the 9fum platform, available at 9fum.net and on its mobile apps for smartphones and tablets. 9fum is a Sports Betting and online entertainment platform designed exclusively for users located in Brazil.

By completing the registration process on 9fum, clicking "I Accept," or simply using any feature of the platform, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to all the terms described here, including our Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling, which form an integral part of this document.

These Terms are written in Brazilian Portuguese and constitute the sole instrument governing the relationship between 9fum and its users. In the event of a conflict between translated versions and the Portuguese version, the Portuguese version prevails.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To create and use an account on 9fum, the user must:

• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Be a resident of or located in Brazil at the time of use;
• Hold a valid CPF in good standing;
• Must not be enrolled in any active self-exclusion program — whether through 9fum or any other regulated platform;
• Must not be an employee, direct partner, or first-degree relative of a 9fum staff member.

2.2 Registration and Data

At the time of registration, users must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information: full name as it appears on a government-issued ID, CPF, date of birth, active email address, and mobile number with a Brazilian area code.

9fum reserves the right to request supporting documents — such as a government-issued ID or proof of address — at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals or when irregular activity is suspected. Refusal to provide documentation may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

3. User Account

3.1 Account Security

The user is solely responsible for keeping their access credentials secure — including login, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 9fum strongly recommends using unique passwords that include uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact 9fum support immediately at suporte@9fum.net. 9fum is not liable for any losses resulting from the voluntary or involuntary sharing of credentials by the user.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

Users are responsible for keeping their account information up to date. Any change of address, phone number, or banking details must be communicated to support before a new withdrawal is requested. 9fum may place a hold on withdrawals for additional verification if inconsistencies are found in the information provided.

3.3 Account Use

Your 9fum account is personal and non-transferable. Sharing, selling, renting, or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited under any circumstances. Any balance in your account has no monetary value outside the platform and cannot be transferred to other individuals.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

9fum accepts deposits exclusively through the following Brazilian payment methods:

• Pix (instant credit, 24 hours a day);
• Boleto bancário (up to 2 business days to clear);
• Accepted credit or debit cards;
• PicPay;
• Mercado Pago;
• TED bank transfer available through major banks: Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and others.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00. There is no standard maximum limit, though deposits above certain thresholds may be subject to additional identity verification in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00. Pix withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes of system approval. The Pix key registered for withdrawals must be in the name of the 9fum account holder — third-party keys are not accepted.

9fum reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts above R$ 2,000.00 or for accounts that have not yet completed the full verification process. Document review takes up to 48 business hours from the time of submission.

4.3 Balance and Validity

Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months — with no deposits, withdrawals, or bets on record — may have their balance reduced by a R$ 5.00 monthly maintenance fee. Users will be notified by email before any fee is applied. Balances originating from deposits made without a bonus have no expiration date.

5. Sports Betting

5.1 Bet Acceptance

9fum offers Sports Betting across more than 30 sports, with special coverage of football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, the Brazilian national team, and major international leagues), volleyball (Superliga Masculina e Feminina, Liga das Nações), basketball (NBB), UFC, e-sports (CS2, League of Legends — CBLOL, Valorant, Free Fire — LBFF), and more.

A bet is considered valid and confirmed only once a ticket receipt bearing a unique identification number has been issued. Bets awaiting confirmation are not guaranteed until the process is complete.

5.2 Odds and Markets

The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the ones that apply to that bet, regardless of any subsequent market changes. 9fum operates with fixed odds for pre-match bets and dynamic odds for live bets, which are updated in real time as the event unfolds.

9fum reserves the right to refuse or limit bets without prior explanation, particularly when result manipulation, systematic arbitrage, or use of insider information is suspected.

5.3 Bet Results

Bet outcomes are determined based on official results published by the event's governing body. Where discrepancies between sources exist, 9fum uses the competition's official source as the final reference.

• Matches abandoned before the scheduled end: bets are considered valid if at least 90% of regulation time was played; otherwise, they are cancelled and stakes refunded.
• Postponed matches rescheduled within 48 hours of the original date: bets remain valid.
• Matches postponed by more than 48 hours or permanently cancelled: bets are cancelled and stakes refunded to the account balance.
• Overtime or extra-time results: these count toward final result bets unless the specific market states otherwise.

5.4 Odds Errors

In cases of obvious odds errors — such as prices drastically out of line with market standards due to a technical fault — 9fum reserves the right to void affected bets and return the staked amount to the customer's balance. Users will be notified by email in such cases.

6. Casino and Entertainment Games

The 9fum casino catalogue includes slots from certified providers, live tables with dealers in Portuguese, crash games (such as Aviator and JetX), classic table games (roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker), and other online entertainment games.

All casino games available on 9fum use RNG (random number generator) systems that are certified and audited by independent bodies. The RTP (return to player) for each game is available in the game's information section within the platform.

9fum is not liable for technical failures in games provided by third-party suppliers. In such cases, the supplier's own rules apply, and 9fum acts as an intermediary in resolving disputes. Rounds interrupted by a technical fault are settled based on the supplier's server records.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Welcome Bonus

The 9fum welcome bonus gives you a 100% match on your first deposit, up to a maximum of R$ 500.00. A minimum deposit of R$ 20.00 is required to activate the bonus. The bonus is credited to your account automatically once the first deposit is confirmed.

To withdraw bonus funds, the user must complete a 5× (fivefold) rollover of the bonus amount received on bets with minimum odds of 1.50 per selection. The rollover must be completed within 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited.

• Cancelled bets, bets on cancelled events, and bets in exchange markets do not count toward the rollover.
• Only bets placed on Sports Betting and Live Casino count toward completing the welcome bonus rollover.
• Bonus balance is automatically used by the system before real balance on new bets, for as long as bonus balance remains available.
• If the 30-day period expires before the rollover is completed, any remaining bonus balance is automatically removed from the account.

7.2 Other Promotions

9fum runs regular promotions for new and existing customers, including weekly cashback, free bets, Brasileirão and Copa Libertadores promotions, Superliga specials, and e-sports and UFC events. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which take precedence over the general conditions in this section in the event of a conflict.

9fum reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with prior notice whenever possible. Participating in a promotion implies acceptance of that offer's specific terms and conditions.

8. VIP Program

The 9fum VIP Program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond — with progressive benefits based on total betting volume. Each client's tier is recalculated monthly based on activity during that period.

VIP Program benefits include progressive cashback on net losses, higher betting limits, exclusive birthday bonuses and special events, and a dedicated account manager for Gold and Diamond tier clients.

9fum reserves the right to change the criteria, benefits, and structure of the VIP Program at any time, with prior notification to affected clients by email. Tier downgrades due to inactivity follow the criteria defined in the program's specific conditions, available on the VIP Program.

9. Responsible Gambling

9fum believes betting should be a form of entertainment and leisure — never a source of income or a way to solve financial difficulties. The platform provides active responsible gambling tools that any customer can enable directly from their account dashboard:

• Deposit limit: daily, weekly, or monthly, configurable by the user;
• Cooldown: a 24-hour waiting period before any deposit limit increase takes effect;
• Temporary pause: platform access suspended for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-exclusion: voluntary suspension of access for 30, 90, or 365 days, effective immediately and irreversible for the chosen period.

10. Security, KYC, and Anti-Money Laundering

9fum follows Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in compliance with applicable Brazilian legislation governing sports betting and online gambling.

The verification process may include a request for the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport);
• Proof of address issued within the last 90 days;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used;
• Selfie holding your ID document, when requested.

For security or regulatory compliance reasons, 9fum may place a temporary hold on withdrawals while documentation is reviewed. This does not constitute any default by the platform. Users are always notified of the status of their request.

11. Account Closure and Suspension

11.1 Closure by the User

Users may request account closure at any time via live chat or by emailing suporte@9fum.net. Available balances will be returned after full KYC verification is completed, provided there are no pending bets or ongoing investigations.

11.2 Closure by 9fum

9fum may immediately close or suspend an account, with or without prior notice, in the following cases:

• Providing false information during registration or identity verification;
• Multiple accounts created by the same individual;
• Suspected fraud, match-fixing, or money laundering;
• Systematic abuse of promotions and bonuses;
• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions;
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets;
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward the support team.

In cases of account closure due to confirmed violations, 9fum is not required to return any balances obtained through irregular means. Balances from legitimate deposits are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

12. Limitation of Liability

9fum makes every reasonable effort to keep the platform available and running properly. However, it does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability and is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from the user's internet connection failures;
• Temporary service unavailability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance;
• Losses or damages resulting from bets placed based on third-party information;
• Match or event results determined by the organizing bodies;
• Time differences between the user's device clock and the 9fum server.

In no event shall 9fum's total liability to any user, for any cause and within any 12-month period, exceed the total amount deposited by that user during the period in question. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted under Brazilian law.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the 9fum platform — including the logo, design, text, editorial picks, interfaces, graphics, and source code — is the exclusive property of 9fum or its licensors and is protected under Brazilian intellectual property law.

Reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works from, or commercially exploiting any part of 9fum's content without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited. Use of the 9fum brand on social media, websites, or third-party materials without express permission is forbidden and may result in legal action.

14. Changes to These Terms

9fum reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with at least 7 days' prior notice for material changes. Modifications take effect on the date indicated in the document itself.

Notice of changes is communicated by email to all registered users with an active account. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the new conditions constitutes automatic acceptance of the changes.

15. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by Brazilian law, including, without limitation, the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), and all other regulations applicable to the sports betting sector in Brazil.

Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising from or related to these Terms will first be subject to an amicable resolution attempt through 9fum's support channel. If no amicable resolution is reached within 30 days, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of São Paulo/SP to settle any disputes, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
